Refund Policy
Payment is required for behavioral consultation services in accordance with the agreed-upon service plan. Due to the professional time reserved and the individualized nature of behavioral consultation, refunds are not provided for services that have already been delivered, including assessments, consultations, caregiver training, or telehealth sessions.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made within the timeframe outlined in the service agreement. Sessions canceled with insufficient notice or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee and are not eligible for a refund. If services are prepaid and canceled in advance in accordance with the service agreement, any eligible refund will be processed minus any services already rendered or administrative fees, as applicable.
Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction with outcomes, as behavioral progress cannot be guaranteed. All services are provided in accordance with professional standards and applicable regulations in the states of Virginia and North Carolina.
